Nesse sentido, nosso painel busca repensar o obsceno e as pol\u00edticas libidinais como um espa\u00e7o conceitual no qual se ativam as tens\u00f5es entre repuls\u00e3o\/atra\u00e7\u00e3o, prazer\/viol\u00eancia, privado\/p\u00fablico e arte\/arquivo. Algumas das quest\u00f5es que pretendemos abordar neste painel incluem: o papel da t\u00e9cnica (de impress\u00e3o e dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o); a import\u00e2ncia da est\u00e9tica e do formato na facilita\u00e7\u00e3o da imbrica\u00e7\u00e3o de arte e obscenidade, os efeitos, ecos e reverbera\u00e7\u00f5es de interven\u00e7\u00f5es arquivistas centradas em materiais \u00edntimos e imagens sexualidazadas de viol\u00eancia; a constru\u00e7\u00e3o etnogr\u00e1fica da outridade na cinematografia, literatura e pintura; e debates em torno da defini\u00e7\u00e3o e performance de (p\u00f3s)pornografia em espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Parte da s\u00e9rie de simp\u00f3sios online <a href=\"http:\/\/jlacs-travesia.online\/es\/2020\/10\/17\/pandemonio-2021\/\">Pandemonio 2021<\/a> organizados pelo Journal of Latin American Cultural Studies, esse painel questiona a potencialidade da obscenidade e pol\u00edticas libidinais como meio de questionar e ativar formas de resist\u00eancia. Mais especificamente, as apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o centradas em interven\u00e7\u00f5es que problematizam e solapam pr\u00e1ticas coloniais de sujei\u00e7\u00e3o de corpos; narrativas her\u00f3icas e monumentais em torno da constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado-Na\u00e7\u00e3o e intr\u00ednseca viol\u00eancia da militariza\u00e7\u00e3o do quotidiano. O formato do painel consistir\u00e1, primeiramente, de um debate, dispon\u00edvel na p\u00e1gina web do Pandemonio, entre Fern\u00e1ndez-Galeano e Tortorici sobre o dossi\u00ea organizado por eles para a JLACS: &#8220;Obscenidade, Censura e Pol\u00edticas Libidinais na Am\u00e9rica Latina\u201d. Em 12 de Mar\u00e7o de 2021, cada um dos quatro palestrantes (Celleri, Franco, Ouedraogo e Troconis) apresentar\u00e3o suas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es multidisciplinares sobre erotismo e ativismo na literatura, arte e performance (cada um tomando aproximadamente dez minutos). His current research focuses on the archiving of the \u201cobscene\u201d in Latin America, from the eighteenth century to the mid-twentieth.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Javier Fern\u00e1ndez-Galeano<\/b><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Bio: <\/b>Javier Fernandez Galeano is a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow at Wesleyan University. His first book project traces transnational queer cultures and state policies in Argentina and Spain (1940s-1980s). His current research projects revolve around queer religiosity and erotic materials preserved at institutional and private archives.
